- Follow structured checklists so data stays accurate and current.
- Support the wider BT crew by spotting patterns and flagging anything unusual or off.
This role suits someone who:
- Is detail-focused and comfortable working on a laptop from home or a quiet space.
- Enjoys research, checklists and working through tasks from start to finish.
- Writes clearly in English and can summarise what they see in a few clean sentences.
- Is happy working independently with regular check-ins from BT leadership.

Digital Creative Specialist
Turn real business stories, photos and notes into simple, honest BT Verified content and ad concepts.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop short ad scripts and ideas for 15s, 30s and longer-form videos.
- Turn notes from field teams into clean posts for socials and BT Verified channels.
- Work with photos and clips from Field Operations to shape them into usable content.
- Apply BT Verified style and guidelines – trust-focused, transparent, no scammy tactics.
- Test and refine creatives with the BT team so they keep getting sharper over time.
This role suits someone who:
- Lives on platforms like Reels, TikTok and Shorts and knows what feels authentic.
- Is comfortable writing simple, direct copy in their own words.
- Has basic editing experience (e.g. Canva, CapCut, phone editors or similar tools).
- Can take feedback on scripts and tweak quickly without overthinking it.

Field Operations (Foot Patrol)
On-the-ground BT Verified presence – visiting businesses, explaining the badge, capturing photos and supporting sign-ups.
What you’ll be doing
- Walk or drive your patch to visit local businesses face-to-face.
- Explain what BT Verified is, how the BT badge works, and why trust matters to customers.
- Capture clean photos of storefronts, interiors, signage and products (with permission).
- Collect key details needed to build each business’s BT Verified profile.
- Introduce BT tiers (badge, ads, seasonal services) and help businesses sign up on the spot.
This role suits someone who:
- Is confident talking to new people and can build quick trust in person.
- Is comfortable using a smartphone for photos, maps and simple form-filling.
- Is organised enough to follow a route, hit daily or weekly targets and submit notes on time.
- Is open to working solo or alongside another team member (e.g. creative or sales support).

Sales Representative
Relationship-based sales role – focused on conversations, follow-ups and closing BT Verified packages with the right businesses.
What you’ll be doing
- Follow up leads from Field Operations and direct enquiries from businesses.
- Explain BT tiers (badge, ad packages, seasonal services) in clear, simple language.
- Help businesses understand how BT Verified supports their reputation and customer trust.
- Keep light notes on where each lead is at and what the next step looks like.
- Work with profiling, creative and field ops so what’s sold is always realistic and deliverable.
This role suits someone who:
- Has sales or customer service experience and genuinely enjoys talking to people.
- Is comfortable on the phone, over video and in in-person meetings when required.
- Can manage a simple pipeline using basic CRM-style notes (even a good spreadsheet).
- Likes a mix of remote work (calls, emails, messages) and some in-person follow-ups.
